LV2018 SP1 : Change language of LabVIEW

Hi,

On my computer, I need to change language of LabVIEW to English.

I saw this old post for LabVIEW 2010.

Is it same method since 2010 ?

So, uninstall and reinstall ?

No option to force install products and avoid error message : ' You have a different language edition of LabVIEW.... You must uninstall that edition before you can install the English edition.'

Hi Mini,

you can have different "flavours" of LabVIEW installed in parallel (32bit vs. 64bit) or different years in parallel (2017 vs 2018).

But to change the language of your installed version you need to uninstall the current version and install the English version instead…

Yes, I have 2015sp1 / 2016 / 2017sp1 / 2018sp1.
All in French.

So, I will uninstall 2018sp1 Fr. I wish, it's enough to install 2018sp1 English after.
If I need to uninstall all, it will be crazy bad !

well, I had some years with a German LabVIEW version, but the last years I went for the English version. Much easier programming…

it's done, I uninstall 2018sp1 Fr to install same version in English.
All work fine
