Beach,

Can you include the VI as an attachment.  I would like to see if I can open it.

Hello Beach,

I received the same error when I tried to open your file.  What did you do before this error occured.  Did you save for a previous version?  Do you have a backup of this file?

Hi Jon,
Yes, I did save for a previous version.  I have a backup but it is at a older revision level.

Beach,

Can you post the previous revision.  I would like to see if I can produce the same error when saving for a previous version.  I would advise you to continue development from the previous revision and keep a couple of backups.  This bug was reported as fixed when LabVIEW 8.6 released.  If you encounter the error again can you post the VI that will cause the error when saved for a previous version.
