I'm looking for some detailed information about how to use Generic Plugin.lvclass which is used in this:

The exercise presents pretty nice solution (based on "command pattern") but it is poorly documented and I'm not sure how user events are used with dynamically loaded plugins (how they are created, and what is "pCOMM_q" Q and "pCOMM_n REF" Q).
If you know where I can find dedicated documents please post it here.
