Lab Vie FPGA

Hello all,

I am new in working with LabView and NI. That ´s why I need a bit help with the package installation.

I have a project, which developed at Win7,some older version of LabView and uses Chasis cRIO-9024 with NI 9401,NI 9237, NI 9871. I want to run this project with the same Chasis at WIN10 and LabView 19.

I´ve installed:

LabView 19

LabView FPGA Module

LabView Real Time 19

(You can see the all other installed Drivers and Packages in the screen shots).

The Problem is that the NI 9401,NI 9237 and NI 9871 are not recognized and even when I start a new project I can´t see any FPGA´s.

Your cRIO-9024 is a rather old legacy device. It uses VxWorks as operating system. NI discontinued support for VxWorks based targets in NI-CompactRIO 20.0 and later. Since you installed CompactRIO 21.0, your computer simply has no support to communicate with your hardware.

You need to install CompactRIO 19.0 at least (to support your LabVIEW 2019 installation) and CompactRIO 19.6 at most (to support your VxWorks target).

Do NOT upgrade to any newer LabVIEW version than 2019 SP1. The CompactRIO drivers need to be at least the same version (or at most 3 higher versions) than your LabVIEW version to have support for your LabVIEW installation. But CompactRIO 20.0 and higher does not support your hardware anymore.
