I have soldered it all up correctly and downloaded the IO_boardinstaller from the school and I followed all the instructions to a T and when try to install the Batch File it say I need to install LabVIEW embedded. I for the life of me cannot find where to download this software. can someone please help me! thanks

Open any browser, enter "LabVIEW Embedded".  Chrome's first hit was "NI LabVIEW Embedded Module for ARM Microcontrollers".  Why don't you start there?

and then you'll realise that NI no longer recommends this approach, particularly for new developments.

i've had quite a bit to do with LabVIEW ARM and although there was much promise, there were many problems. When I left it, you had to write all of your own on-board drivers, including SPI. For recommended controllers and promises of straight, easy development, it was anything but.

however, since you are still playing around with it in LV2010, you can check out their page for it. You can download the eval software and manuals. You will need a JTAG (KEIL) device, which has a hidden cost of its own (software and hardware).
