LabVIEW 2012 Error 7 when creating executable file

I am attempting to create an executable file to run on a machine without LabVIEW installed on it.  I work through the steps of creating the project and defining the source VI's and build specifications.  When I tell it to build it makes it nearly all of the way through the process but then error 7 occurs when it attempts to save the source VI file. 

I have made an executable from this file before with no problems but after altering some code I need to make a new one.  Is it possible that a change in the block diagram is stopping me from being able to create the executable?
