I was able to click the link and download the download is going along fine so far so maybe try again. If it's still not working can you tell me what exactly isn't working.

I am still not able to download. When I click on the link I see the attached page. Basically it is "Can’t reach this page".  At the same time nothing is being downloaded. Strange thing is that I can download other versions, like ISE 10.1.

I was able to click on the link and download the ISO file. I am using Google Chrome, I would suggest trying alternative internet browsers.
