LabVIEW 2025 Q3 Issue with Toolbar Tips

Most Tips under Front Panel and Block Diagram Toolbars are wrong (shifted). Is there a fix for this?

This issue is already being tracked by LabVIEW R&D as Bug 3215000, and should be fixed in the next LabVIEW release.
