I installed LabVIEW 2026Q1 Late last week when it showed up in NI Package Manager, and when I went to access the NI Web Server (configured through the utility, and accessed through localhost:80, rather than the typical login screen it's just a blank page:
If you look at the source or do an "inspect" where you would normally expect the login to be, it's still there, but it seems like something broken about it. I tested this with a couple of browsers (chrome & firefox) as well as in incognito mode / not... same thing everywhere

I think port 80 is routinely blocked by firewall? Did it work before?

This is just at localhost which is not usually blocked.
The "page" shows up (you can see the header)... just the login content is missing.
I think there's also typically a menu in the upper left as well (though that might be blocked by the login)
Definitely not a firewall issue.

Some additional info:
I went back and tested on a VM with 2025 Q3 on it... and the same error seems to be there.
The only "older" system I had handy was one with LV 2023 on it -- which is the build system I use, and the last place I properly tested the Web Server. This one still behaves the way I'd expect:
