More, when I try to mass compile LV\vi.lib\express\rvi
I got 'bad vi' report for several VIs. I guss my LV 8.20 has something wrong. Most of the problems are from: nirvi*_Do XMutation.vi. Is there some way to fix them without re-install LV?

The VI is missing. I removed LV 8.20 FPGA and LV FPGA 1.1, and installed LV 8.20 without selecting support FPGA 1.1.
I still have that VI missing. And when I modify the LV FPGA 8.20, I have no choice of supporting FPGA 1.1. Do I have to remove FPGA and re-install with FPGA 1.1 support to get that VI?

You cannot support FPGA 1.1 from LabVIEW 8.20. FPGA 1.1 works with LabVIEW 7.1. FPGA 8.2 works with LabVIEW 8.2. What order did you install the software? You should install LabVIEW, than modules (like FPGA), than drivers (like RIO). The modules work with particular versions of LabVIEW, but the drivers should support multiple versions. At this point you may try a repair installation of LabVIEW 8.20, than repair LabVIEW FPGA 8.20, than repair RIO 2.1. Make sure to include for 8.2 when you repair RIO.
