I would not recommend anyone to run any of those registry repair tools. There may be some that actually try to do the right thing and sometimes even succeed, although repairing the registry by anything but the installer program that installed the actual components is more often playing russian roulette than anything else.

But the vast majority of those registry repair programs are rather malware invested tools. They hide between this kind of seemingly legit technical reports about how to solve such errors, but the technical merit of this is: questionable, definitely incomplete and most importantly, the specific issues mentioned here are due to registry errors in ActiveX and/or .Net components, something that does not apply to the DAQmx and most other NI driver technologies, since the underlaying base is mostly done in a way that should ease multiplatform support, and ActiveX or .Net is a perfect way to nullify any multiplatform support ambitions.
