LabVIEW 9.0f3 graphics glitch

Hello,

I have been experiencing a graphics glitch when running Labview. I'm hoping someone else has run into this issue and may have ideas as I've all but exhausted my troubleshooting ideas.  Included is a screenshot to demonstrate the problem.  When you grab one of the retaining edges that surrounds a box and drag it back and forth (resize) it leaves the blue dot markers as artifacts on the screen. If you minimize the program, then maximize, it clears these artifacts. Also, to make things more complicated, with Labview newly installed it doesn't have this problem for about the first week. I've also done extensive hardware diagnostics and everything is functioning perfectly.  The system in question is:

Dell Optiplex 960

Vista 32bit

LabVIEW 9.0f3 32bit

ATI Radeon HD 3450 with most current drivers (I also tested with a generic Windows driver)

Thank you for any ideas or assistance you can provide.

You can try to:

- turn off hardware acceleration of graphic adapter (not sure if this option still present in Vista)

- replace ATI adapter with NVidia adapter

- upgrade Vista to Windows 7
