LabVIEW Application Crash when browsing with Active X signal

Hi Guys,

I am trying to Browse  active x signal in Labview New Vi at a same time Labview Application Crash and show me a exception code c0000005.

Also It show me a LabVIEW has stopped Working message .

Active x signal is crystal report Viewer 2011.
