Hi all,
I need to know if there is a way to manipulate VI by the VI Server, but with
a C++ or VB application.

VI server only exists in labview domain. You can however use the ActiveX calls to labview properties and methods to call and run VI from other applications e.g VB and VC++.
Look for examples on VI website for that.
