My company has a LabView license from 2013 and are unable to upgrade. I need to use the Toolkit to send data to Azure Cloud, does the Toolkit work with my release?

The package on vipm.io is saved in LV 2015, so no. I took the code from github and saved it in LV 2013, see if it works for you.
