LabVIEW Pane

Hi,

I saw a video in which a pane in a front panel is right next to the right side of the window and there is a button ok. When we press the button ok, the pane opens up with new options. I am trying to figure out how to do this. Can anyone show me any online material or directly tell what is the right way to do it.  This is the link of the video.
