I believe that the problem is that you have NI-Motion software installed on the RT Series PXI controller. This really isn't a problem. You can check this by opening the Measurement and Automation Explorer, pressing F5, selecting your PXI controller from Remote Systems, and then selecting the Software tab (or Firmware) at the bottom of the screen. You may see NI-Motion listed as installed on the RT Engine but not the Host PC. If you want to reinstall the firmware without installing NI-Motion, right-click in the white space of the software (or firmware) window and select "Install software...". Check the pieces of software you want (even if they are already installed)and continue as directed. When asked if you want to uninstall previous versions, sa
