THe "biggy" is VISTA implement security by keeping exe's and data files seperate. It is a common practice to put data files or config files in sub-folders of the app. VISTA doe not allow this, so plan for writting data to another location outside the app folders.

So maybe we should all start storing our configuration data somewhere secure like in, oh I don't know... maybe a DATABASE?

Known Issues: Typical Vista issues

Driver Availability: Depends on what drivers you're using. The big ones all have Vista versions.

Older versions of LabVIEW: Older versions of LabVIEW are not officially compatible with Vista.  LabVIEW 8.2.1 was the first version that was "officially" compatible with Vista.

Anything else you should know: don't use Vista. Smiley Wink
