Hello Everyone, Thank you who helped me regarding my issue. Appreciate your time.
The issue has been resolved. the problem was occurring due to several reasons.
1) LabVIEW 2017 Sp1(32-bit) wasn't suitable for window 10 (64-bit).
2) Had to un-install LabVIEW including below mentioned folders:
3) had to make some changes in firewall setting
4) Couldn't find NI error reporting (NIER). still unable to send to report to ni.com.

#1 is not true. For as long as there were 64-bit operating systems around, the recommendation was to use 32-bit LabVIEW on the 64-bit operating system. Now this was due to the lack of toolkit support, which has been very much mitigated, but it is still considered a valid, if not preferred, combination. So if this was the basis of your fix, I'd say it was probably fixed due to some other issue that was resolved by reinstalling.
