LabVIEW not connecting to Raspberry Pi

Hi Can someone please help me resolve an issue I have with LabView 2018. I cant seem to getit to connect with my raspberry pi 3 b+. I have read that the pi will only connect with labview 2014, is this correct or is there something I can do to enable the 2018 version to recognise the pi? I have downloaded the student version of labview 2018 and im not sure if 2014 will be available for me to download. see file attached for error.

Newer versions of LabVIEW should work with Remote I/O ( while tethered to the PC ) according to the FAQ.  But you might want to try the link first.
