That won't be possible for a number of reasons. WinCE only offers a
fraction of the OS functions that Winxx does. This means that practically
all Windows SW will not run on the WinCE OS until they have been modified
to use the subset of the OS that is left. The second problem is that
many CE machines aren't Intel, though yours may be. Anyway, the point is
that the chip architecture must match as well.
NI is looking seriously at CE, and this is in the future of LV.
