Where can I download LabView 2016 64 bit version or maybe there is any way to upgrade my student license to 2016/2017?

When you have questions about your license you should call your local NI rep!

Oh I meant Labview 2015 but all I see on NI website is LabView 2015 TDMS and i guess that's some kind of addon.
