Hi evey one,
I have tried many times to install LabView 2019 SP1 on my laptop.
At each time, the installation started for a certain period of time then an error message was displayed (please see the picture attached to this post).
The operating system of my laptop is Windows 8.1, 64-bit.
Every little help is welcome.
Thank you very much in advance.

First, be sure you have uninstalled all NI Software (if all you have left is NIPM, you can probably leave that installed). LabVIEW 2019 is sometimes tricky to install, particularly if you try to do it all at once. Try installing a piece at a time -- start with LabVIEW (I recommend you install 32-bit LabVIEW, unless you need 64-bit, which most don't). On the first pass, don't install any Drivers, nor any Toolkits or Modules (NIPM will force-install some for you. As for Add-ons, install as few as possible, and only if you think you need them. Reboot, install a toolkit/module or two, reboot, then install just the Drivers you need. If you are new to LabVIEW, "Less is More".

Check the LabVIEW 2019 Service Pack 1 Platform Readme. There is a note referring to Windows 8.1 requirements. It may be worth checking that those two KB are installed.
