LabView 2021 (64 bit) error code 97 for Active X dll from MX Component

Hi Experts,

Anybody have experience before communicate LabView 2021 (64bit) with Mitsubishi FX5u-80MT using Active X calling MX component ?

Please refer to attached jpg file as SS.

I am having error code 97 which is due to below reason. Already confirm connections succeed & try few method referring to google, also manually registered dll through regsvr32.

I am still exploring & hope someone can stop me.
