Hello,
I want to simulate movement of a SolidWorks assembly from LabView.
I am using LabView 2013 32bit and SolidWorks 2016 64bit.
1. I watched a lot of tutorial and I think that the assembly and configurations are correct but when I import the assembly on project explorer and add axes I get the Scan Period error conflict message after deploy. But in the properties scan period is 10ms. I try with 5ms but this is not correct and the Compare Project&System utility corrects to 10ms. You can see conflict message on Attachment 1
2. Also I tried the example here http://www.ni.com/webcast/1298/en/
There is no errors on example Solidworks Assembly in link with my own project on LabView (not example LabView Project).
So there is no problem on example assemblies but my assemblies or other downloaded assemblies gives conflict message for Scan Period.
I reassemble the example assembly step by step with defined parts and again I get the same error after deploy.
3. When I try to change Maximum step size of assembly there is no change on values as you can see on Attachment 2
4. Also another problem is the Interactive Test Panel does not response any change on position or other values, only 0 key can be enter to the values. You can see on Attachment 3.
Why the example assemblies does not give any conflict message but my assemblies gives conflict message for scan period or maximum step size?
How can I assemble the parts for LabView, There is any other configuration or settings for that which is not mentioned on tutorials?
Why I could not change the Maximum Step Size on Assembly Properties window?
Why the Interactive Test Panel does not response for changing values for both example and own assembly?
Could be the problems are caused by 32bit and 64bit difference or any other updates on something?
Thanks!!

I find a new tip for this problem. We should create new Labview project when Solidworks assembly closed, after creating the project then open the assembly on SolidWorks after that import the assembly on Labview. This process gives any errors but Solidworks does not response to the Start Simulation command and other VI window operations.
Could someone solve this problem?
Thank you very much!

Hi,
Are you using SoftMotion Lite or a license for the full SoftMotion Module?
I am not sure if Solidworks 2016 is supported by LabVIEW 2013. I would try getting a license for LabVIEW 2016 or later, or well, using SolidWorks 2013 or earlier.
