LabView and Multiview connection problem

Hello. I made some Labview programs to get measurements from PPMS Multiview. All of a sudden the programs are having trouble when the OpenQDInstrument.vi is trying to connect to the multiview computer. Also the QD instrument server on the multiview computer doesn't show any client connected. The error details are as attached. I tried to re-install NET3.5, labview, QDInstrument_LabVIEW.zip, but non of them works.

Could anyone help me to understand what is going on and how to solve this error? Thank you very much!

Who made the driver? Ask them...

Or,

"Turn on IncludeExceptionDetailInFaults on the server to send the exception information back to the client"

as suggested in the error...
