Hello interligent people who can certainly help me further
We use:
Labview 2014 (64bit)
Agilent 34410A Multimeter
Keithley 2610b (50Hz) Sourcemeter
Drivers:
Keithley Driver http://sine.ni.com/apps/utf8/niid_web_display.download_page?p_id_guid=25B255F3AA83660EE0440003BA7CCD...
Agilent Driver https://www.keysight.com/de/de/lib/software-detail/driver/34410a-34411a-digital-multimeter-labview-i...
I am currently busy with my Master's thesis. We would like to illuminate a sample with pulsed LEDs. A voltage is applied via Keithley and the current is measured while the sample is illuminated. Via a beam splitter we could illuminate the sample and measure the intensity of the LED with the Agilent at the same time. The repetition rate of the square pulses goes up to a maximum of 500 Hz
No i want to write an Labview Program for this. And it already works that I can drive both Agilent and Keithley, measure them by buffer with high enough sample rate and I can read out these buffers. 'KeithleyAndAgilentBufferMeasurementConstantVoltage.vi' works well, but the two channels of the Keithley and the Agilent doesnt start measurement at the same time. I want to synchronize them so that they start the measurement at the same time.
I try to do the Synchronisation here in 'KeithleyAndAgilentBufferMeasurementConstantVoltageSynch.vi' with an internal Software trigger event an for Keithley. But it doesnt work. There is 'config Measure Event.vi' but how to use it. Here https://forum.tek.com/viewtopic.php?t=107860 in the last example 'One source DC sweep.vi' There they use 'config Measure Event.vi' alone. But it`s only Configuration, right?. If i run the 'KeithleyAndAgilentBufferMeasurementConstantVoltageSynch.vi' i get an Error: syntax error at line 2 unexpected symbol near ... and Index exceeds maximum reading. The last one is because i want to read out the buffer but there are no measurements. But the first one, i dont know. I dont find here helpfull things.
Can you help me.
