이번에 LabVIEW 2025를 사용하면서 Nigel 기능을 사용 하기 위한 과정으로 로그인을 할 때 실수로 개인 아이디로 로그인을 하여 회사에서 준비해준 라이센스가 등록된 아이디로 전환을 하고 싶은데 로그아웃을 못 하고 있습니다. 해결 방법을 알려주세요.
While using LabVIEW 2025, I attempted to log in in order to use the Nigel feature. However, I accidentally signed in with my personal account instead of the company account that has the licensed access.
I would like to switch to the company account where the license is registered, but I am currently unable to log out of the personal account.
Could you please advise me on how to resolve this issue?

I had a similar issue.
From what I’ve been able to figure out, you need to delete three specific folders, and then you can sign in again:
%localappdata%\National Instruments\UserAccount
%localappdata%\National Instruments\NigelLocalService
%localappdata%\National Instruments\LabVIEW 2025 x64\LabVIEW Nigel Chat Application\EBWebView
If you delete only two of them, it unfortunately won’t work — all three have to be removed.
I’m not entirely sure which exact files inside these folders cause the issue, but this workaround allowed me to log in again.
I hope this helps.
Hopefully NI will add a proper logout button in the future.
