Labview 6i problem on Windows 95

I keep getting a page fault error when running Labview 6i on a Windows 95 machine. It has worked for months and all of a sudden, it is getting the page fault error when trying to access the Summit.dll file. Labview then crashes. Any help? It is a older test stand used on production hardware. Can't seem to fix it and need to ASAP. Cannot upgrade Windows or labview. It is a government approves test setup. PLEASE HELP

It is a newer hard drive - purchased in February of 2012 and rebuilt with old software. It is happening on two test stands that run pretty much all the time. 500 MB RAM, 160 GB HDD, Pentium 3 processor, 32 bit. And it is Windows 98SE, not 95 - sorry.

Back up the hard drive files and defrag it.

Just because a hard drive is newer doesn't mean it can't be failing.

Check the SMART status if available.
