Labview Front Panel Low Resolution

My front panel shows low resolution. This is the second time it has occured to me. The first time it was a Microsoft Windows XP problem that dissappeared after reinstalling the XP OS, but the problem has occurred again, on a different machine, and only with the Labview program again.
I don't really know what caused this to happen, because I did not change anything on my computer. I don't think reinstalling Windows XP is a solution... The problem may still reoccur.
FYI: Having troubleshot this extensively the last time, I believe the issue is strictly with Labview and Windows XP.
1) Windows XP Professional
2) Labview NI Developer Suite Ver. 7.1
3) I have a Dell Computer on my desktop which is different than the other computer I
had a problem with, so it is not the hardware, nor the settings.
4)Reference#7058195 was my previous communication about this issue wit NI.

For anyone else who gets the low resolution after Labview intallation "and" after Labview resolution was running correct initially. My answer will not fix the problem from happening again, but will fix the symptom. Go to "Start; All Programs; System Tools; System Restore; Restore my computer to an earlier time." Then follow instructions to restore to an earlier time when Labview resolution was running correct. This worked on my computer. For those who have the low resolution problem from the beginning, you should try reinstalling your operating system.
