Labview VISA and NI MAX problems after Win 10 update to 21H2

DAQmx version 20.0.0 has a launching Problem after update Windows 10 to Version 21H2.

I installed full LabVIEW professional pack 1 year ago and it worked perfect after installation.

1 week ago after update Windows 10 to Version 21H2 I faced the problems with COM port autodetection combo box (VISA session choice) - the LV SW freeze and message added app not responding. only way to stop it - close LV application. During investigation I found the NI MAX in unavailable to launch - freeze and stop on initializing step - see picture. 

option 1 - to reinstall MAX, option 2 - reinstall full LabVIEW. anybody faced with such phenomena?

Finally I fixed NI MAX and VISA  issues after Reset configuration data in the VI MAX, process described in

Wow, I wonder what happened?  Normally, NI-MAX database doesn't get corrupted by a Windows update, but your post has given me something new to work on with a problem I've seen on one of our test stations.  THANKS!
