Labview created application unable to publish in www

We have a problem publishing to the NI Labview software engine. Neither Labview requires IE11 to post its content on www. But now our entire system is using Windows 10. I had installed silverlight software, but it can't work in content publishing either. We need your guide to loading the Internet pages. Is there a patch I can recommend for us to resolve the issue or any commemeded solutions. Thank you.

We need a bit of context here...

It's not clear what you're trying to do, and how you do it.

For now, try if it works when the firewall is disabled. And try to run your program or LabVIEW as administrator. That will rule out most networking and right problems.

Well, I'm trying to run and exe file in the web. But unable to do it because it will prompt for downloading first.  But I wanted to just run the file without downloading the exe file. Can it be done. Thank you.

"Run an .exe in the web". What does this mean?

A Windows executable either runs on some server in the network, and clients can connect to it, or it has to be downloaded and executed on the local computer...
