Labview error 1172 using rotronic HC2 probe

I'm getting the same Error code 1172.

but the problem is accured after I Upgraded my device to (windows 10 and labview 2020) after I used (windows 7 and Labview 2012) the error is like this " Invoke Node  System.Reflection.TargetInvocationException: Einaufrufziel hat einen Ausnahmefehler verursacht.  Inner Exception: Ro3xdrv.ReadDataException: COMPORT_ERROR  <append><b>Ro3xdrv.ReadDataException</b>"

I tried to check if the port name is the problem but its not 

P.S: the device drivers are installed fine because it works fine with Rotronic Software and I can read values (but I need it to work with Labview for my work)

the german sentence "Einaufrufziel hat einen Ausnahmefehler verursacht." means: A call target threw an exception.

Hi I also get the same error with my rotronic.

I am wondering this is the issue with DLL file ?

I contacted rotronic and they told me to install the driver "USB_Driver_FTDI"

I installed the driver and started the device like this:
