Solved!
Go to solution

I have many files in the Labview 5.1 version.

I cannot open it in my Labview 8.5 version.

The source code in labview 5.1 should be modified to suite the present requirement.

So i urgently need the labview file conversion toolkit.

Please attach the file for download.

I am using windows xp operating system.

Please help me at your earliest.

Grugh Mike

Hi grugh,

there is no toolkit for conversion of LV5.1 files to newer versions. You need a LV-version from LV6 to LV8.2 (?) to upconvert those files.

Or you upload your file in this thread...

Hi grugh,

"Please reply at your earliest."

It doesn't help to ask for fast help as this is a forum of volunteers... It's your own problem of work task organization!

"convert a main program which has almost 50 sub vi"

It doesn't matter if it's one VI or a full hierarchy of VIs: the way to upconvert them will be the same! See message #2!

Best regards,
GerdW
