Labview for a policy server?

Hi

Is there any one out there who has used LabVIEW to build a policy server? What is I mean by policy server here is a set of rules to administer, manage, and
control access to some resources and its use in granting access. Would like to know if there exists any such readily available LV tools/VIs that can be customized. Other possibilities are, if any one has incorporated stand-alone tools in other environments within LabVIEW environment.
