Labview program fails to close properly!

Place LVWUTIL.llb in user.lib folder.

Change STI.docx to STI.ocx and register the ActiveX control.

Here try this, worked all night and shutdown properly in the AM.

You should move this to a Producer/Consumer (Events) design pattern. I think doing so would clean up the code, make it a little easier to follow, and increase efficiency. Check out "The LabVIEW Style Book" by Blume if you can, great book, helped me tons...

Also the register event callback only needs to be done once, you have it in the loop called every iteration...

I hope it works for you...Cheers!

Thanks for your help, TWGomez.  The new app you sent to me, however, will not open with Labview 8.2.  Any suggestions?
