Smiley Tongue Hi everyone, I encounted a problem recenty. Whenever I tried to drag or change size of any items on the front diagram, the labview application will shut down and my work is not saved. Do you have any suggestions?

Thank you

I know what a front panel is, and I know what a block diagram is, but I have no idea what a "front diagram" is.

Does this happen with a particular VI, or any VI? If it's a particular VI only, then I'd suspect a corrupt VI. If it happens with any VI, then your installation may be corrupt. The first thing to try is to do run the LabVIEW installer and select the "Repair" option. If that doesn't work, try a complete uninstall and reinstall it (make sure to turn off anti-virus programs). You should also try to update your video card drivers, as these have caused problems in the past.

If it seems to be a corrupt VI, then you should first try to go back to an earlier version. Something you did along the way may have corrupted it, though it was not your fault - just plain dumb luck. If you don't have a backup (and you should), then create a new VI, select everything on the block diagram of your current VI, and drag it to the block diagram of the new VI. That should transfer the code. See if the crash occurs on this new VI.

Please let us know what you find.
