Labview vls could be portable

Let I supposed I have a made a tank controller using labview, it is working accurately on my system. Now I want to make this tank controller portable i.e want to use tank controller on another computer without installing labview is it possible?

Yes, it is possible with the application builder. It comes with the professional version of LabVIEW or you can purchase it as an add-on.
