Laview 2012 CAN 9853

I'm trying to configure cRIO controller with modules in LV 2012 ( installed on Windows 7 64 bit). I successefuly add the controller (NI 9082) and different modules but I can't add the NI 9853 module. The controller is not connected to the system, i insert the C Series modules through new target and device popup, but the CAN module doesn't appear in the list. I have installed the NI-RIO driver and restart the system but the problem remain.

Any suggestions?

I'm Mario National Instruments, which version of RIO installed? Have you tried to install the NI-CAN driver? Below there is a link where you can download and install them:
