Hi,
We have a requirement to use NI OPC UA Toolkit for a project. Need clarification in license of this toolkit. We have LabVIEW Professional development License and Real time license. Should we need to buy the NI OPC Toolkit separately or will this come along with Profession development or Real time license.
Note : NI OPC UA Toolkit got separated and it is a new package since LabVIEW 2017.

NI OPC Toolkit was never part of either the LabVIEW Professional or Realtime license. But not sure when it was released. There may have been a prerelease version of it from NI Labs before it was productized but that was before 2014 if I'm not mistaken and once the licensed product was released that library was withdrawn.

Thanks for your reply. I have licenses only for Real time and Professional and I am using LV 2014. I can able to use the UA toolkit VIs and can able to build the exe. Is that means I have access to UA Toolkit?

I think the VIs are not the problem. It is the runtime that won't work if you don't have a license.

The UA vi's are broken with my expired license (LabVIEW 2017).

I can able to run the exe in runtime. The build was created in LV2014 with the active license of Professional Development and Real time module.
