License needed to Install Executable on Target?

I built an application using application builder (LabView 6) on a machine with a labview license. I want to run this executable on another machine (using the Installer feature), but this target machine does not have a LabView license. Do I need any license to install my executable on the target machine?

The LabVIEW License Agreement on your installation CD has a section on Application Deployment. The way I read it, if you include the copyright notice, you are free to distribute anywhere. Note that the use of other toolkits or add-ons may have separate licensing requirements.

Hi,
Thanks for the answer. Is this also true if the installer installs the LabView run time engine on the target machine, in addition to the executable? This is one of the options when using the installer.

It would pretty much have to since the executable can't run without the run-time engine.
