Listening to a port

I am wondering if there is a way to use Labview to listen to the communications
on a port and log the communications to a file. The idea is this, I have an ISA
board that is communicated to by a DOS program. I would like to "eavesdrop" on
the communications and log them to a file while the DOS program is running
(labview running in the backround if possable). Is there a way to do this with
Labview or any other program ??

I don't know an easy way within LabVIEW, but there are nice programs
available from www.sysinternal.com They allow you to listen at ports,
files, regestry aso.

Hope that helps
