Loading Remote Panel stays at 0%

I did some application that uses remote panel and installed it on RT system.

It worked more or less OK. After some time the client has pointed out that I need to add more digits tocontrol frequency. So I changed it(now we are able to set 15.1 Hz for example instead of 15 Hz). After that they replaced newly generated exe on RT module. It worked for about one week and then stopped.

Now when they try to open Remote  Panel the progress stops at 0%. If we replace this exe with old version then it works fine. Switching again to new version gives the same results Loading Pnale stops at 0%. Does anybodey have any clue what could be wrong?

Just found this in description:
Note: The target computer must have the LabVIEW Run-Time Engine installed and it must match the version of LabVIEW used to develop the executable.

Is it really that critical?

I have LabView 8.6.1 now and the PC used for remote panel has  RunTime 8.6

Dear Sergey,

If you are developing an application that requires runtime support then you will indeed need the runtime engine to be the same version on both the target machine as the development machine.

Thanks, quite a long time passed since. The only solution for us was to use same version o LabView as was used for initial compillation.
