I have written several Posts on this Forum discussing how to "Uninstall LabVIEW safely". I, too, use Control Panel to do the steps. I go through the usual two steps --
- Run Control Panel, select NI Software (you must have Admin privileges) which starts NIPM, turn off Products Only, select "All", click "Remove", wait, and when done, Reboot.
- Run Control Panel, select NI Package Manager (Admin privileges), and remove NIPM. Reboot.
and then I mention the third step:
3. Do Step 1 again. This cleans up the "extra" things @Mads mentioned.
