Logic problem

I have been trying to think of a way to create this logic and nothing has been comming up.
If anyone can solve this I'd apreciate it, I have attached a pic to display what I need.
I have line A and line B, when line A goes high I need line C to high and then when A goes low again C need to stay high. When line B goes high then line C needs to go low and stay low as line B goes low again.

Any ideas?

Sorry, I forgot to mention that I am using Ver4.0 ( I know it's old but that is all my boss has!) so I can't load that VI.
