Hi Take,
Unfortunately, we do not have a driver for that device, but we do have drivers for other Advantest devices. If there is a similar Advantest device that we have drivers for, you may want to download them from www.ni.com/idnet try those with your instrument. Often, the calls are very similar and the LabVIEW driver only needs small modifications. If that doesn't work for you, you may want to contact the manufacturer to see if any LabVIEW driver is available through them. If they don't, you may have to develop your own driver. I have attached a Basic GPIB Write and Read.vi example (You need LabVIEW 7.0 or higher to open this example) that works with GPIB Instruments. Try sending a command to your instrument and see if you can a valid response. If this works (it uses NI-VISA, so you will need NI-VISA installed), then you may be able to develop a driver around this simple example. You will need to know the command set of your instrument. I also suggest going to www.ni.com/idnet and selecting "Request Drivers" to submit a request for drivers for your instrument. The driver development team looks at these request when developing new drivers. Let me know if you have any questions! Best of luck and have a great day!
