Looking for Proof Readers

Righto everyone - the initial proof is ready! I have uploaded a password-protected version to:

<>

If you're still interested in helping out, please email me by the close of business on Tuesday, and I'll give you the password to open the document. Remember folks, this is the *initial* version, so there's bound to be a few mistakes 🙂

If you're still interested in helping out, you're welcome to download the document - the password to read it is "cactus" (without the quotes of course!) Remember folks, this is the *initial* version, so there's bound to be a few mistakes 🙂 You can get corrections back to me in one of a few ways (in order of my preference):

1) Print out the proof, write/draw your comments all over them, and then fax it to me (my fax number is at the end of this email)
2) Call me with correction suggestions (my international number is +61 402 101 892 and my Australian local number is 0402 101 892) - if you are ringing from outside of Australia, I'd *really* appreciate it if you could please call within Australian Eastern Time daylight hours - I'm not particularly easy to communicate with at 2am! Also, if I don't answer the 'phone, then I'm probably off contracting somewhere to earn enough money to put dinner on the table 🙂
3) As the first two options are likely to cost you $, your also welcome to email me a list of corrections (please prefix each correction with the Chapter Name, Page Number, Paragraph Number and Line Number).

Thanks again for showing you interest!

cheers,
Christopher
