You can find information about the National Instruments OCR library for LabVIEW here:

It sounds like you are just looking for .llb files in general? Most of the native LabVIEW .llb files are within the LabVIEW folder. You can do a Windows search for *.llb and find a long list of them, or if you know which one you specifically want, you can search for that file.
