M series DAQ card and Labview 6.1

Hi Labviewans,

i am currently using Labview 6.1 and just bought an M series DAQ card NI PCI-6225.
My question is ' can labview 6.1 run with the M series DAQ card ? '

I hate to be the bearer of bad news, but you're out of luck.

The M series cards only run on DAQmx, and DAQmx only runs in LabVIEW 7.0 or higher.

Not much you can do except exchange the card for an E series or upgrade LabVIEW.
