MAX 4.1 and fsecure

Bonjour,

Comme beaucoup d'entre vous j'ai eu pas mal de soucis lorque je ma suis mis à jour vers DAQ 8.3. En effet nos firewall bloquent les requêtes TCP de MAX4.1

Dans mon cas j'utlise Fsecure comme logiciel et voici comment je m'en suis sorti:

Après avoir installé nidaq 8.3 il faut configurer manuellement le contrôle d'accès de plusieurs fichiers ni.
Pour celà ouvrez fsecure. Cliquez sur "protection internet" puis sur "configurer" en face de "applications autorisées/refusées".
Une fenêtre s'ouvre. Elle liste vos programmes bloqués ou autorisés.
Cliquez sur ajouter, parcourir et allez chercher le fichier C:\Program Files\National Instruments\MAX\NIMax.exe.
Dans les cadre "Action sur une tentative de connexion inconnue" sélectionnez "application et port" et "autoriser" dans les sections client et serveur.

Reproduisez cette méthode pour les fichiers:
            C:\Program Files\National Instruments\MAX\nimxs.exe
            C:\Program Files\National Instruments\MAX\NiAsstnt.exe
            C:\Windows\systeme32\nipalsm.exe
            C:\Program Files\National Instruments\Ni-DAQ\HWConfig\nidevmon.exe

Une petite réparation de l'installation de Nidaq 8.3 et le tour est joué

Cette méthode n'est peut être pas la plus sécurisée possible mais dans mon cas cela a été le seul moyen de m'en sortir.

I had some problems when setting up NiDaq 8.3. My MAX 4.1 couldn’t log its data base.

I use fsecure software as firewall and this is how I did to have good work with MAX.

After installation of nidaq 8.3 I had to configure manually the acces control of fsecure:

I am using a French version of fsecure and this is a translation of what I did (I hope it’s the same thing for other langage)

Open Fsecure, clic on « internet » and « configure »

Then clic « Add »

Browse C:\Program Files\National Instruments\MAX\NIMax.exe.
And allow all application and ports for this software

Make the same thing for:
            C:\Program Files\National Instruments\MAX\nimxs.exe
            C:\Program Files\National Instruments\MAX\NiAsstnt.exe
            C:\Windows\systeme32\nipalsm.exe
            C:\Program Files\National Instruments\Ni-DAQ\HWConfig\nidevmon.exe

After repair Nidaq 8.3 and restart windows.

Normally it works.
